Tour Guide

Responsibilities include instructing and leading groups of participants through Zipline, Segway® and Snowshoe tours. This position requires applicants to be comfortable working in the outdoors in varying weather and at height.


Responsible for transporting participants safely to and from course. Drivers must be personable and have good communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively. A commitment to safety and clean driving record are a must.

Office Assistant

Office staff are responsible for greeting customers, checking participants in and preparing them for their tour, assisting with retail sales, answering customer inquiries, taking online and over-the-phone reservations, and preparing daily reports.


Photographers are responsible for capturing participants experience and excitement while on tour. Photographers are required to engage and interact with participants on and off the tour and be comfortable in a sales environment.
