Cancellation & Refund Policy

All reservations are charged in full at time of booking. Once purchased, tickets are non-refundable. The credit cardholder must be present upon check-in and will be asked to show valid ID and the credit card used to reserve the tour. The cardholder need only be present at check-in and does not need to go on the tour.

Each tour must have a minimum number of participants in order to operate. If your party has less than the minimum number of people please be aware that your tour time and date is subject to change so we can group parties to meet the participant minimum. No refunds will be given.

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made a minimum of 48 hours before your reserved tour time to receive a voucher for a tour at later time. No refunds will be given. No refunds will be given due to road conditions or road closures. Purchasing Trip Protection allows you to cancel your tour for any reason up to 24 hours prior to your tour start time. You will be refunded the amount of each ticket, less the cost of trip protection and booking fees, according to the following schedule:

  • Cancellations made 72 or more hours in advance – 100% refund (minus fees).
  • Cancellations made 24-48 hours in advance – 75% refund (minus fees).
  • Same day cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.

Trip Protection cannot be purchased for bookings made less than 24 hours in advance. Please call us directly for all tour cancellations.

Action Zipline Tours is open year-round, rain, snow or shine. Bring appropriate outerwear for the weather, and a sense of adventure! In the event that your tour is postponed due to extreme conditions, you will be rescheduled or offered a rain check to be redeemed at a later time. No refunds will be given. Advance notice of postponements may not always be possible.
